883u Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 883u platform — whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any future app — you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all sections of the platform including Sports Betting, the Game Lobby, Live Casino, Fish Games, Promotions and the VIP programme.

If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to register an account or use 883u in any capacity. 883u reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm a player's age and identity. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited subject to the circumstances of the case.

Using the platform on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is not permitted under these terms. Each account is personal to the registered user only.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 883u, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are registering voluntarily for your own personal use and entertainment.
• You are not registering or acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where using online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 883u or any of its service providers.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information including your real name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Only one account per person is permitted on 883u. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, identity documents, payment method, device, or IP address — will be closed. Bonuses or winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your 883u login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — secure and confidential at all times. 883u will never ask you to provide your password via any channel including live chat or email.

Any activity that takes place through your account while you are logged in will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you should contact 883u support immediately and change your password. 883u is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their credentials or failing to secure their account.

4. Deposits & Payments

883u accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, standard Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the platform's Cashier section at the time of deposit. Payment method availability may change over time and the platform's current listing supersedes any prior communication.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section before confirming a deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect within seconds.
• 883u does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error or to the wrong account reference cannot be reversed automatically — contact support immediately if this occurs.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as your 883u account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Before processing your first withdrawal, 883u will require identity verification including a copy of a valid government-issued identity document.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. VIP tier level affects processing priority, with higher tiers receiving faster queue placement.
• Any active bonus balance with outstanding wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. Winnings generated from bonus funds follow the bonus-specific wagering terms.
• 883u reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting documentation to verify the source of funds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses offered on 883u — including welcome bonuses, reload offers, VIP cashback, and seasonal promotions — are each governed by their own specific terms and conditions which are published alongside the relevant offer on the Promotions page. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility conditions vary by promotion and are stated in the specific offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered through qualifying games before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately. Real money funds are used first unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• VIP cashback paid under the VIP programme is credited to your real money PKR balance, not to a bonus balance, and does not carry separate wagering requirements. Standard withdrawal terms apply.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including registering multiple accounts, using promotional offers in a way that exploits technical or promotional conditions, or coordinating with others to extract guaranteed value from promotions — constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules governing Sports Betting markets, Live Casino games, Slots, Fish Games and other game categories are available within each respective section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all sections:

• All bets and game sessions are final once confirmed. Technical errors or misunderstandings about odds or game rules do not entitle a player to cancel a placed bet.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or significantly altered, settlement rules specific to that market type apply and are available in the Sports Betting section.
• Manifest errors — such as obviously incorrect odds resulting from a system or human error — may be voided by 883u. Bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous may be settled at the correct odds or voided, at 883u's discretion.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. These limits are shown in the relevant betting or game interface.
• During Live Casino sessions, if a technical disconnection occurs during a live game hand or round, the round will be completed and settled based on available game server data. If a round cannot be completed, stakes may be returned.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 883u and will result in account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players in Live Casino games or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using the platform to deposit, transfer or obscure funds connected to illegal activity.
• Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent identity documents, or misrepresenting your identity during registration or verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors or other technical vulnerabilities to gain funds beyond normal game outcomes. Any funds gained through exploitation will be voided.
• Placing bets with knowledge of match-fixing, insider information or other information not available to the general public at the time of the market's operation.
• Registering more than one account on 883u.
• Making deposits from or requesting withdrawals to payment accounts that are not registered in your own name.

9. Responsible Gaming

883u is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. The following tools and principles form part of how 883u approaches responsible gaming for all players:

• Age Verification: Registration requires confirmation that you are aged 18 or above. Documentation may be requested at any time.

883u reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached, or where required to do so for regulatory, security or fraud prevention reasons. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarification or documentation.

Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach of these terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus abuse or prohibited activities will be forfeited. Real money funds held in the account will be returned minus any amounts subject to dispute, provided identity verification has been completed.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal obligations on 883u's part, provided verification requirements have been met.
